Rental Process

  1. The first step in the process is to select a property or properties that you would be interested in renting. Our rental list is a good place to start.
  2. Once you have selected a property, we ask that you check out a key from our rental office and inspect the property.
  3. After you have viewed the property, you will be asked to familiarize yourself with our guidelines and fill out your rental/credit application. You can view the guidelines online, but will still be asked to sign a copy in person stating that you have read, understood and accepted these guidelines.
  4. Upon accepting the statement of rental policy, your rental/credit application will be processed. At this time, you will also be asked to pay a holding fee. This is a non-refundable fee equal to the first month's rent. This fee effectively removes the property from the market and provided your rental application is approved goes towards the security deposit for the property.
  5. Once your rental application has been approved and you have payed the holding fee, you will be asked to do an existing damage inspection.
  6. After the existing damage inspection has been performed, you will be asked to sign the lease agreement and pay the first month's rent. Once this is done, the keys will be handed over and you can begin the move-in process.
